The first thing is to identify the blockages you've observed in your life that are keeping you from moving forward. Take some time to connect with yourself, identify those beliefs, and list them. A belief is a certainty we have that something is a certain way, whether we've experienced it, seen it, or heard it. List them:
Make a list of beliefs that you have in all areas of your life. Here are some examples:
1. Low self-esteem
2. Not believing in myself
3. Fear OE
Shame
5. Resignation
6. Anger about
7. Sadness about
8. In my family, it has always been said
9. Regarding money, I think
10. In relationships, it has always happened to me.
11. I always repeat this situation
12. Because you think you can't have (whatever)
2. What fears do I have?
Stop for a moment and identify your fears. Pay attention to those fears that paralyze you, that don't allow you to expand and do what you want. List the fears you observe. Take your time:
I. 2.4.5.7.8. Fear that my wish will not come true. Fear of not loving myself and being okay with myself.
3. Fear of failing, Fear of not having enough money, or running out of it
Fear of being alone and not finding anyone.
6. Fear of creating expectations for myself, Fear of not believing in myself, Fear of time passing.
These are some examples; write down the ones you consider.
When we go on autopilot based on our beliefs, we unconsciously manifest and, without realizing it, we repeat actions or attitudes, with your family, at work, with friends, with your partner, in new situations.
Identify them and list them:
Example: In my relationships, it always starts super well, but in the moment I feel more, I abandon myself, I give a lot to the other, and the other suddenly changes, begins to be colder, and ends up leaving me.
I have changed many things in my life. When I realized what patterns I was repeating, when I told myself I can. I am willing to change and let go of those beliefs that are preventing me from having the life I want.
The only way to change your life in a real and sustained way is to become aware of understanding that there is in your subconscious, where you start from, what is the base, understand what your
Saboteurs are to change them and move forward.
Once you’ve identified those beliefs, it’s time to ask yourself the right questions. Are you ready to move forward?
Are you willing to let go of everything you’re not?
Are you willing to let go of everything that blocks you and develop your potential? What is your commitment to yourself?
